We worked with GPBF in 2002 when we built a new home in Peoria, IL. They provided a very good product for us at a fair price back then. Fast forward to year 2023. A few of our window coverings, though still looking like new, are in need of repair (yes, 21 years later). I placed a call to them, and they came out within a week, and performed the repair work exceptionally well. Special thanks to the office staff for their professional and courteous customer service, and extreme thanks to the factory and Kevin for their excellent product repair support. Twenty plus years after our initial order, the folks are still providing great support, and again, at a very fair price.

Service exceptional. I was floored when I walked in to my home to see the Vertical Inverted Sheer Shades. I could not believe how they looked like professional made pinch pleated sheers. The rest of the home the shades were equally well made and had great appearance. I really am very pleased with my purchase and installation.

We were amazed how good the customer service is. Not only was the price extremely reasonable for our custom blinds, but the in-home consultation, manufacture of the blinds and installation took exactly two weeks! Blinds look great.

All I can say is WOW! I just can't find enough positive things to say about Kevin. He is SO professional and meticulous and obviously takes a great deal of pride in his work! I am a pretty tough customer with a million questions because I am particular. Kevin spent so much time with me! He measured and measured and measured again just to be sure. My Plantation Shutters fit perfectly. Kevin and Mark made a good team and installed them in an afternoon without a hitch.....what a team! They took off their shoes every single time they came into the house....without fail! And they put the rooms back together before they left for the day. If you wonder whether you should get shutters or not, rest assured that you will be completely satisfied. My only regret is that I forgot to give them some brownies when they were finished. They certainly deserved them!
