If you're considering a new design or upgrade to your blinds, shades or window treatments, we make it convenient and easy. At Great Plains Blind Factory, we promise to offer service before, during and after the sale.

While we have several showrooms throughout the Midwest region, we believe that our customers should be able to make their design and style choices in their home environment, with the exact lighting and colors that our products will be paired with.

We offer in-home consultations that can be scheduled using our appointment form. We also have warranty and financing information for our factory direct blinds.

We offer free in-home consultations with one of our experienced sales professionals at customer-friendly times. You can even select your own appointment time through our online form. Our sales staff will measure all of your windows for accuracy and fit. We'll also bring product samples and swatches into your home so that you can compare potential products to the existing furniture, lighting schemes and colors in your home.

Once you've selected and made your purchase, our professional installers will deliver your purchase to you and ensure that they are mounted and installed properly. This service is available to you at no extra charge and gives you the added convenience and reassurance that your product is installed professionally.

The window coverings, blinds and shades that we sell at the Great Plains Blind Factory are covered by a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed, just contact us and we'll arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer(s) and extended to the original purchaser.

The obligation of the manufacturer in the event of a defect covered under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of blinds or components, at the manufacturer's option, provided the product is returned to one of the Great Plains Blind Factory's many locations. The manufacturer is not responsible for transportation and/or labor costs involved with returning the product(s) or re-installation of the product(s) in the window.

Special financing plans are available. We can customize a plan that will work best for you, ranging from 6 to 18 months and including half payment down. Please contact your local location for details. We also accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
